The Plain of Rubble was shown by a 360 degree panoramic photograph from the watchtower in the vicinity of the hypocenter of the Hiroshima atomic bomb.

広島原子爆弾が1945年8月6日に炸裂して広島市は一面にわたり廃墟となった。爆心地の付近の広島商工経済会展望楼を中心に撮影した360度のパノラマ写真である。爆心地を中心に南東方面(10月1日)と北西方面(10月5日)を撮影してモザイク状にパノラマ化した広島市内の全景である。
