The Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission (ABCC), which was about to be completed in December 1950 in Hijiyama, Hiroshima, was reorganized into the Radiation Effects Research Foundation (RERF) on April 1, 1975. RERF: Radiation Effects Research Foundation) was established on April 1, 1975.
